I was in the area a day before my scheduled booking and I had asked Gianluca if I could leave luggage and he was very helpful in giving me instructions so that I could do so. He was also very responsive and was easy to talk to. When I finally checked in, my luggage was already in the room. Gianluca also provided some suggestions on where to go for dinner and places to check out - very thoughtful! The place itself was wonderful! Very clean, and I loved the marble bathroom.

It’s very new/modern, spacious, clean, quiet and near the train station. But most of all we appreciate the kindness of Roberto. He was very accomodating and assisted us with our check in even though we arrived at midnight.
