All we have are good things to say about all the hotel. Really good location and easy access just in front of a Metro Station. The staff is great, always available to help you in every point of your state. Cristina helped our check-in process to be really smooth nad gave us tons of advices about the hotel and the surroundings! The room was big, with a comfortable bed, a big enough desk and a big bathroom. The windows had a street view, but no sound was heard from the street, ever. It was great for our rest.

Central but very quiet location, subway 300m, rooms comfortable, personnel very friendly, very good breakfast. Nothing at all to complain about.

Matatagpuan ang Gran Hotel Versalles sa isang tahimik na lugar ng sentro ng Madrid, sa tabi ng Alonso Martínez Metro Station. Initially we did not get the breakfast buffet with the hotel, but when we saw the buffet, we were impressed with the food options, freshness and efficiency. We had a quiet floor and our room was located in the back (we requested a quiet room), and were happy it was quiet for a good night's sleep. The location was close to everything and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Good amount of space. There’s a mini bar cooler that I was able to fit some of my own drinks inside. The AC works very well. It was quiet for the most part. Wifi was consistent throughout the hotel and even if you stood outside. Next door to a small grocery store and a few minutes walk from places to get food, bars, and I believe a nightclub or two. Felt very safe walking around late at night. Love that after a certain time the doors to the hotel don’t automatically open and that there’s only one entrance for people to go through. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. It was a very good experience and I’ll be back when I’m in Madrid again.
