Reset is definitely a place swhere you can reset. You are further away from Pisco Elqui than most of the other Valle del Elqui accomodations but this pays off beacause you are in the middle of the mountains and can connect with nature and look up at a beautiful night sky. By car it's only about 15 -20 minutes away from Pisco Elqui. The facilities (nature walks, terrace, and pool) of the hotel allow you to focus on relaxing and being in the moment. The breakfast in bed is a treat and the fact that it;s delivered by the owners makes everything feel like home. The wifi in the room works amazing so I even was able to work a full day remote with no issue.

Very kind host, good and clear rules for passengers to enjoy and let others enjoy a good time staying at their place. Receptionist Luisa was kind and helpful, every time we asked her something. Breakfast was plenty of delicious food and the way they organize it is perfect. Everyone there were ready to help at every moment and made our staying very comfortable. I am happy for my choice, since it was the first time we visited La Serena. Domos Dream is located in an exceptional peaceful place. I loved hearing birds singing all day long.

Hotel Campanario is located in front of the beach, on Avenida del Mar, right in the limit of Coquimbo and La Serena. It offers 35 pleasant and recently built rooms with free WiFi access. Great location right across the beach. We stayed in a room that faces the beach. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable, two double queens, worked out well. The bathroom was really small, but we managed. The breakfast was amazing! lots of food options and staff very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had very few menu items, and mostly things premade that they simply warm up. We ended up eating every night at Huentelauquen restaurant/bar right across the street. Their food was just amazing! the pizzas right out of the oven right there and then, vast menu of drinks, playground inside the restaurant for the kids, live entertainment and a convenient ATM machine. Even though it was right across the street from the hotel, it was not noisy at all, which was my main concern when booking this hotel. My kids slept well so did my husband and I. At around 6pm or so, Avenida del mar gets full of life, with businesses opening to the people that walk by, music on, food and live entertainment. By 10 to 11. everything closed and you could hear just the beach. We traveled in November, but locals say during the summer months it gets busier in that area. Overall, was a great stay!
