The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. The apartment location was superb, it was clean and super welcoming. The breakfast, mini bar and the room amenities were generous and clean. Boasting a bar and views of inner courtyard, Ecclesia Domus Vatican Inn is a recently renovated guest house situated in Rome, 700 metres from Vatican Museums. Claudia provided excellent support and communication. She ensured we understood the check-in and check-out process, greeted us at the door upon arrival, informed us on the food shopping market, setup a nice breakfast at a local facility and arranged for our airport transfer. Exceptional service!!!

The location is close to public transport, making it convenient to travel to all the key tourist spots in Rome. The hosts are polite and responsive. Hygiene is at a high level. We will be back again! Civitavecchia is a most pleasant surprise.

Situated in Montefiascone and only 30 km from Duomo Orvieto, Francigena sul lago features accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. The manager was very helpful and left us a bottle of wine as a gift.

Located within 1.4 km of Focene Beach and 1.8 km of Lungomare della Salute Beach, Casa Vacanze Alla Maison features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fiumicino. Our flight was canceled so we needed to make last minute arrangements to stay two nights. Host & his daughter were very kind & allowed us to leave our bags at 2:00 & check in early before normal check in at 4:00. Easy walk to nice beaches. Also host kindly called a taxi to the airport for us upon checkout.
